About the role#
This 10-week Summer Analyst Program offers a hands-on introduction to the Marketing division at Morgan Stanley. You will gain exposure to functional areas such as Brand and Content, Experiences and Events, Distribution and Website, International Marketing, and Strategy and Operations. The program includes training, speaker series, and networking events to help you learn about the firm. Please note that this is an experiential program and does not transition into a full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to support team objectives.
- Manage internal client expectations and priorities while building relationships with business partners.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Conduct project or program management, evaluation, and metrics reporting.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- An interest in Marketing, demonstrated through your major, curriculum, or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies apply to marketing, including content, analytics, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time effectively.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
