About the role#
Sezzle is looking for a Product Marketing Operations Intern to help us understand our users. You will work within the Product organization and report to the Head of Product Marketing. The role focuses on insight generation, where you will analyze behavioral data, survey feedback, and test results to support our growth strategy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys finding patterns in data and turning those findings into actionable steps for the team.
What you'll do#
- Analyze feature usage, adoption, and activation data to understand user engagement.
- Design and analyze in-app and external surveys to identify user motivations and friction points.
- Summarize test results with a focus on engagement, feature behavior, and repeat usage.
- Maintain a running log of test learnings and growth strategy documentation.
- Create clear, reusable documentation that captures findings from data analysis and research.
- Assist with the Customer Advisory Board to gather feedback from 18 to 25-year-old shoppers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze basic datasets to identify patterns or themes.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
