About the role#
Sezzle is looking for a Product Marketing Operations Intern to help us understand our users. You will work within the Product organization and report directly to the Head of Product Marketing. This role focuses on insight generation by analyzing behavioral data, survey feedback, and ongoing product tests. You will help the team stay connected to the expectations of our Gen Z audience while turning raw data into actionable next steps.
What you'll do#
- Analyze feature usage, adoption, and activation data to understand how users engage with the product ecosystem.
- Design and analyze in-app and external surveys to identify user motivations and friction points.
- Monitor live marketing and product tests to track what is running and how it is measured.
- Refresh growth strategy documentation by validating data, insights, and messaging.
- Create clear, reusable documentation that captures findings from data analysis and test results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze basic datasets and identify patterns or themes.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Experience working with large language model tools.

- Location: Remote (Canada).
- Status: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $2,800,000 COP monthly.
