About the role#
As a Student in Payroll Operations Support, you will assist the payroll team with daily operations. This role involves data analysis, documentation, and administrative support to help improve payroll processes. You will work on projects that contribute to the efficiency of the team while gaining professional experience.
What you'll do#
- Perform validations and reconciliations of payroll-related data.
- Prepare and follow up on payroll files.
- Create and update reports using Excel.
- Document procedures and maintain operational records.
- Support the team by coordinating with internal partners.
- Assist with process mapping, automation, and optimization initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong interest in data and administrative processes.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate English proficiency for verbal and written communication with colleagues.
