About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern, you will join our Early Talent Program. This is a full-time summer internship designed to immerse you in the beverage industry through real-world problem-solving. You will work on-site in Milwaukee, gaining a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and project management in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
Your primary focus is to help the brewery meet its goals by implementing successful projects. You will:
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects involving systems, processes, or capital improvements.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to execute projects that meet business objectives.
- Support the team in resolving high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Improve process reliability and line efficiency.
- Reduce waste through loss reduction initiatives.
- Enhance asset care and quality with a specific focus on hygiene.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- You can complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- You build relationships and collaborate effectively with others.
- You take accountability for your results and act with integrity.
- You have a strong desire to learn and grow.

- This role is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027 (May 25 to August 6).
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
