About the role#
As a Customer Supply Excellence Intern, you will work within the supply chain organization at Molson Coors. You will gain exposure to functions including supply and service, logistics, strategy, and digital enablement. This role focuses on supporting initiatives that improve service, financial performance, and product supply outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Support business objectives through assigned projects, analyses, and daily operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and solve problems.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to improve visibility of key metrics and product trends.
- Optimize planning processes and systems.
- Create standard operating procedures and documentation to standardize best practices.
- Learn and apply company processes, systems, and industry knowledge.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Present project results, recommendations, and key learnings to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Power Apps.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to act with urgency regarding market events and trends.
- A bias for action, accountability for results, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
