    About the role#

    As a Technical Services Intern, you will join the Early Talent Program for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work alongside Automation, Controls, and Electrical Engineers to gain hands-on experience with industrial automation, electrical systems, and manufacturing technology. This role offers exposure to the beverage industry through real-world problem-solving and collaboration with engineering teams.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the development and integration of a repeatable methodology for using digital twins to improve vertical startup performance, commissioning effectiveness, and operational reliability.
    • Develop and improve automation standards, templates, and technical documentation.
    • Support assessments for PLC, HMI, SCADA, historian, and network infrastructure.
    • Analyze process and equipment data to find opportunities for reliability, performance, and troubleshooting improvements.
    • Assist with electrical and controls capital projects by participating in design reviews, managing documentation, coordinating with vendors, and supporting startup and commissioning activities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for chemical, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Creativity in problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Experience leading projects in manufacturing environments is preferred.
    • Background in data analysis and economic optimization is a plus.
