About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern, you will join the Early Talent Program at Molson Coors. This is a full-time summer internship designed to expose you to the beverage industry through real-world problem solving and hands-on manufacturing experience. You will work within a specific department to support brewery goals through project management and operational improvements.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects focused on systems, processes, or capital improvements.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop project justifications and implement small plant projects from start to finish.
- Support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
- Gain a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and manufacturing environments.
What you'll need#
- You must be an undergraduate student enrolled in courses during the summer of 2027.
- For Brewing: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in brewing, food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
- For Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Distribution, and Technical Services: Pursuing a degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or packaging engineering.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- Strong skills in building relationships and collaborating with others.
- A focus on taking accountability for results and a thirst for learning.
