About the role#
The Operations Leadership Development Program Internship is a 10-week summer program based in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time, paid position offers students exposure to the operations of our restaurant brands. You will work on an assigned project that supports a key organizational initiative, with oversight from our CEO and leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Complete one week of orientation activities at our corporate office to learn about our business and culture.
- Spend time working in a restaurant to gain operational insights and understand the experience of our guests and team members.
- Connect with managers and staff to gather data for your assigned project.
- Attend leadership team lunch-and-learns, performance reviews, and social events.
- Present your final project findings, solutions, and recommendations to department leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a 3rd year student working toward a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- You maintain a strong academic track record.
- You have a long-term interest in working with restaurant operators and franchisees.
- You possess a performance-focused, results-oriented approach with an ownership mentality.
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You bring experience from extracurriculars, athletics, volunteer work, or professional leadership roles.
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hotel industries is preferred.
