About the role#
The RBI Undergraduate Summer Internship Program offers students the chance to work on high-impact, business-critical strategic projects. This full-time program is designed for top-performing undergraduates to gain experience within the quick service restaurant industry. Interns receive coaching from project managers and have the potential to receive offers for full-time professional roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a dedicated orientation session to learn about the business and company culture.
- Engage in RBI-specific skills training.
- Take ownership of strategic projects sponsored by senior leadership across various departments.
- Attend networking events, including leadership lunch and learns and social gatherings.
- Present project findings and final recommendations to department heads and senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other fields.
- Interest in growth, ownership, and the quick service restaurant industry.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership potential.

- Location: Jacksonville, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring 5 days per week in the office.
- Sponsorship: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
