About the role#
As a Brewery Ops Intern in Technical Services, you will join our Early Talent Program. This full-time summer internship focuses on supporting brewery goals through project execution. You will gain a fundamental understanding of brewery operations and learn how to manage technical projects from start to finish.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead various projects.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to ensure successful execution.
- Develop project justifications (CBIs).
- Implement small plant projects, including system, capital, or process-based initiatives.
- Lead environmental optimization and compliance efforts.
- Support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, packaging, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- A sense of accountability for results.
- A strong desire to learn.
