About the role#
The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation Intern supports the Executive Director and the Foundation Manager with daily office operations, program execution, and special projects. This is a paid, part-time internship covering the Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 seasons.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate game day logistics for Foundation fundraising programs and hospitality activities.
- Assist with the Scoreboard Message fundraising program.
- Help plan marquee fundraising events.
- Draft and send donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts.
- Prepare donor communications, such as event invitations, impact reports, and program updates.
- Maintain and update the donor database to ensure accurate gift records and contact information.
- Schedule donor meetings, site visits, and stewardship touchpoints.
- Manage mailing lists, guest tracking, and event RSVPs.
- Generate database reports to assist with fundraising tracking and leadership updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Foundation staff.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to engage nonprofit partners in community programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a college or university, or recent graduation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work select nights and weekends.
