About the role#
The Arena Marketing Intern supports brand management, research, and project initiatives for special events at Fiserv Forum, Deer District, GATHER at Deer District, and The Deer Garden. This role focuses on coordinating details across departments to ensure projects are executed effectively.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate event and project details between departments.
- Conduct research for upcoming events and musical acts.
- Assist with project coordination and social media planning.
- Build project outlines and recaps.
- Coordinate marketing promotions and manage social media accounts.
- Update website content across company brands.
- Traffic internal and external media while tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team on project deliverables.
- Maintain brand integrity across all platforms and outlets.
- Assist with press releases, media relations, and press conferences for special events.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work with various departments while maintaining a positive, team-player mentality.
