About the role#
As a 3D DRAM Wet Process Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process development. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to technology development initiatives, analyze manufacturing and experimental data, and support innovative solutions for next-generation memory products. This internship includes a dedicated project culminating in a presentation of your findings and recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Develop and optimize wet process technologies to meet product physical and electrical performance requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams to implement process improvements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and failure-mode investigations to resolve process constraints.
- Analyze experimental and manufacturing data using statistical methods.
- Apply Artificial Intelligence and data-driven approaches to enhance process analysis and engineering productivity.
What you'll need#
- Current Ph.D. student in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field (must not graduate before September 2027).
- Demonstrated experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to solve complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
