About the role#
As a 3D DRAM Photolithography Process Development Intern, you will work on a dedicated technical project within the 3D DRAM Photo team. You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process development under the mentorship of experienced engineers. The internship includes a final presentation of your project results to technical and leadership teams.
What you'll do#
- Develop and optimize photolithography processes to meet product requirements for physical and electrical performance.
- Partner with multi-functional process and equipment teams to identify opportunities for technology advancement.
- Conduct root-cause and failure-mode analyses to identify process limitations and implement corrective actions.
- Perform statistical analysis of pilot manufacturing and technology development data to support decision-making.
- Research and develop innovative solutions for next-generation memory technologies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Must be enrolled as a student and not graduate before September 2027.
- Demonstrated experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific or engineering research methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage numerous projects and priorities in a research and development environment.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, statistical process control, or data-driven process optimization techniques.
