About the role#
As an industrial engineering intern in our research and development factory, you will work on projects to optimize our automated manufacturing environment. You will gain exposure to large data sets and address real operational issues within the factory.
What you'll do#
- Identify key performance indicators for R&D program success.
- Extract and analyze planning data using large data sources.
- Build reporting in Tableau and other systems to share data with program teams.
- Create infographics to display key information in clear formats.
- Use AI tools to find new ways to apply technology in the workplace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Graduation date must be after September 2027.
- Ability to code in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or other data management and visualization software.
- Skills in project and program management.
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
- Communication skills to present information to various audiences.
