About the role#
As a Process Integration Engineer Intern, you will help develop next-generation DRAM memory technologies. You will work within the Technology Development organization to coordinate device, materials, and process innovations. This role involves working across multiple engineering fields to solve technical challenges and support technology scaling.
What you'll do#
- Define technology achievements, design rules, structural requirements, and electrical specifications for new DRAM technologies.
- Coordinate with process development, simulation, circuit design, and quality teams to align on requirements.
- Maintain documentation for process integration plans, technical risks, issue resolution, and characterization strategies.
- Evaluate alternative device architectures, process enablers, and scaling approaches.
- Use approved AI and AI-assisted tools to improve technical analysis, data interpretation, and engineering decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master of Science program in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of semiconductor process integration, device physics, and technology scaling principles.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges in multi-functional environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information.
