Specialist, Corporate Excellence Intern – Fall 2026

About the role#

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Quality and Compliance Excellence, this internship offers hands-on experience within a regulated healthcare environment. You will work directly with the Corporate Quality and Compliance team to support organizational initiatives, gain exposure to quality management systems, and participate in audit programs and compliance monitoring.

What you'll do#

• Assist with quality and compliance projects, including initiatives focused on audit readiness.
• Support the upload and maintenance of data within MasterControl quality modules.
• Collect, analyze, and report on quality, audit, and compliance data.
• Assist with audit observation trending and the reporting of quality metrics.
• Support document reviews and the maintenance of quality documentation.
• Contribute to activities that promote adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Administration, Nursing, or related fields).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) is considered an asset.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Power BI is considered a plus.
