About the role#
The Quality Private Label Intern will support the administrative and documentation activities of the Quality Private Label team. This role provides an opportunity to gain professional experience within a collaborative cohort while contributing to quality assurance processes in a healthcare environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the screening and logging of batch documentation within the Quality Management System.
- Download release documentation from Box, email, and various SharePoint platforms.
- Assist with documentation structure-related projects, including the maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and associated forms.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to track down and obtain missing support documentation.
- Ensure all activities remain in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support ongoing projects and special assignments with required administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a science-related degree or diploma program, such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Health Administration, or Nursing.
- Previous experience performing administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot, is considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is considered an asset.
