About the role#
McKesson Canada Specialty Health is seeking a Product Business Analyst Intern to join the Product Innovation team for the Fall 2026 term. This role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives designed to improve patient access to therapy and enhance patient support programs. You will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to design and improve digital solutions.
What you'll do#
- Support product managers and business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Map business processes, identify pain points, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery activities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other project artifacts.
- Assist with testing activities, including coordination, test script writing during user acceptance testing, and validation of business requirements.
- Explore opportunities to improve workflows through automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, operations, and technology.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Interest in healthcare, digital transformation, product management, and innovation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with process mapping, business analysis, Agile, AI tools, Salesforce, or design thinking is an asset.

- Compensation: $17.69 – $22.21 per hour
