About the role#
This internship offers a 10-week summer program in Franklin, Tennessee. You will work on real business problems and gain professional experience within our Petcare Research and Development team. The program includes access to training, a formal mentor, and opportunities to network with peers and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Participate in product development activities.
- Gain exposure to packaging development.
- Contribute to process development projects.
- Support quality and food safety initiatives.
- Assist with product and package translation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or Animal Science.
- Status as a student interning the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Successful completion of drug and background screening.

- Note: Some facilities process nuts or allow pets on-site. You are responsible for your own transportation to the work site.
