About the role#
Nylok LLC is hiring a Human Resources Intern to join the team in Macomb, Michigan. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling start date. You will work directly with the Human Resources Manager to support daily department operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
- Assist with staffing processes and employee relations.
- Help manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain personnel files and the internal Human Resources database.
- Assist in carrying out HR policies and procedures across the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and sensitive personnel files.
- Understanding of HR database management systems.
- Professional communication skills to support employee relations.
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures.
