What you'll do#
- Participate in meaningful project work and hands-on learning.

- Tour Hollingsworth facilities to gain insight into business functions.
- Present your accomplishments and project outcomes at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree.
- Curiosity, motivation, and a desire to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- Availability to work on-site during Summer 2027.
- Interest in fields such as business administration, supply chain, operations, human resources, accounting, or marketing.
