About the role#
As a Transfer Pricing Intern in our National Transfer Pricing group, you will work with experienced staff on project and engagement management for complex, multinational clients. You will assist in identifying and implementing transfer pricing strategies and solutions within our international network of firms.
What you'll do#
- Deliver transfer pricing projects involving advice on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, including industry research and comparative financial benchmarking.
- Prepare valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies.
- Maintain working relationships with clients and collaborate with client management and staff at all levels to gather information.
- Assist with tax provisions for GAAP financial statements, contemporaneous documentation, and the defense of transfer pricing determinations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
- Knowledge of tax accounting and GAAP.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Ability to travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
