About the role#
This 12-week Human Resources Leadership Development Internship Program is designed for graduate students to build HR acumen through immersive, project-based work. Interns work alongside HR leaders in areas such as manufacturing operations, business units, HR Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence. The program focuses on professional development, mentorship, and building business connections across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Complete meaningful, real-world projects that benefit your assigned site, business function, or Center of Excellence.
- Participate in professional development activities, including sessions with the Learning and Development team and Business Resource Groups.
- Network with the Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders through coffee chats and formal mentorship.
- Deliver a professional presentation to leadership regarding your project objectives, processes, and impact at the conclusion of the program.
- Engage in social and volunteer events to build connections across the intern cohort.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a first-year graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A strong interest in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program, which requires relocation after graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 12-week summer term.
