About the role#
This position is an Associate Commercial Sourcing Advisor role designed for individuals looking to transition from an internship to a full-time career. You will work within the supply chain function to manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and support business units across various locations. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Develop contracting strategies to manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Lead the bid package process from initial development through to purchase order execution.
- Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions for service and supply agreements.
- Manage rate sheets to ensure cost competitiveness.
- Run benchmark studies and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address supply challenges or disruptions.
- Act as a liaison between legal teams and stakeholders to maintain contract compliance.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Entry-level experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or contract administration.
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and Tableau.
