About the role#
We are hiring a Summer Intern to join our Toronto office from May to August 2027. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 37.5 hours per week. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days each week in the office to collaborate with the team.
What you'll do#
- Research and build reports or proposals, then present your findings to senior management.
- Review business processes to find ways to improve, including the use of AI tools.
- Support the sales process by demonstrating an understanding of the wholesale investment sales model.
- Assist with projects related to business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Provide support on fund comparisons, pricing research, performance research, competitive analysis, Salesforce, and territory planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- You must be returning to school following the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous work experience is considered an asset.
