About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Tax and Estate Planning team for the winter 2027 term. This position supports our national team and provides exposure to tax research, business initiatives, and process improvement. You will work from our Montreal office in a hybrid capacity.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research, analyze information, and write reports for senior management.
- Manage general inquiries received through the team email inbox.
- Contribute to various business projects and initiatives.
- Create and update presentations and proposals.
- Review business processes to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a DESS in taxation, a master's in taxation, or the In-Depth Tax Program.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program in accounting, financial planning, or finance with a tax concentration, or a program leading to a CPA designation.
- Strong interest in a career in Tax and Estate Planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creativity and an interest in innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: Hybrid (three days per week in the office).
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
