About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Tax and Estate Planning team for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April. This position supports our national team and is based in either Montreal or Toronto. You will gain experience through continuous learning and skill development while working in a hybrid environment.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research, analyze information, write reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Manage general inquiries received through the team email inboxes.
- Contribute to various projects related to business initiatives.
- Create and update presentations and proposals.
- Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a DESS in taxation, a master's in taxation, or the In-Depth Tax Program.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program in accounting, financial planning, or finance with a concentration in taxation, or a program leading to a CPA designation.
- A strong interest in a career in Tax and Estate Planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Hybrid work model.
- Locations: Montreal, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
