About the role#
As an Environmental Engineer Intern or Co-op, you will support operations to ensure they remain safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. You will work on initiatives that enhance process safety and loss prevention while helping the company reach its Goal Zero workplace standards.
What you'll do#
- Provide guidance and support on environmental issues.
- Assist the team in understanding and complying with requirements to minimize environmental risks.
- Monitor performance and promote beneficial changes.
- Interact with internal stakeholders to identify, quantify, and manage environmental risks.
- Support informed decision-making through data analysis and project contributions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Availability to complete two consecutive co-op terms, specifically Summer and Fall.
