About the role#
As an Electrical Engineer Intern or Co-op, you will work on projects that support the efficiency and reliability of our operations. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals in the chemical manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot control schemes.
- Create and refine process models for predictive control systems.
- Troubleshoot, engineer, and improve process measurement instrumentation.
- Provide daily technical support for instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Evaluate the electrical system and plan for expansion and reliability improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Houston, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
- The role follows a rolling term schedule.
- Work is performed on-site.
