About the role#
As an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of critical plant systems. You will work on-site and report to the I&C Engineer. This is a safety-sensitive position where you will collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain efficient operations.
What you'll do#
- Prioritize safety through hazard identification and regular safety meetings.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic instruments.
- Learn control loop tuning, valve rebuilding, and pneumatic positioner work.
- Gain experience in electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Participate in HAZOPs, change management, and procurement processes.
- Support plant project installation, commissioning, and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Electrical Engineering program.
- Current enrollment in an accredited Instrumentation Engineering program.

- This role is based in Claremore, Oklahoma.
- The position is full-time and on-site.
- This is a paid internship.
