About the role#
The Mechanical Engineering Assistant/Intern supports Mechanical Project Engineers and Designers with their daily tasks. This role focuses on design and development work within our manufacturing environment. You will work alongside machine builders, electricians, and management to support our production goals.
What you'll do#
- Create component and schematic drawings.
- Revise and update existing drawings.
- Help create and assemble service manuals.
- Provide technical support to the estimating, sales, production, and service departments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a technical or bachelor degree program.
- A high school diploma, GED, or current enrollment in a trade school.
- Familiarity with company quality objectives.
- Ability to perform tasks involving computer work, sitting, and walking.
