About the role#
ANDRITZ is looking for an intern to join the team as a Mechanical Designer Technician in Chambly, Quebec. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
You will work with the engineering team to design and develop mechanical components. Your daily tasks include preparing design documentation and reports, contributing to project planning, and participating in design reviews.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering programs
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
