About the role#

ANDRITZ is seeking a Mechanical Designer Technician intern to join the team in Chambly, Quebec. This is a full-time, paid internship focused on mechanical design within the machinery manufacturing industry.

What you'll do#

Assist in the design and development of mechanical components.
Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects.
Prepare documentation and reports for designs.
Contribute to project planning and execution.
Participate in design reviews.

What you'll need#

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Basic understanding of mechanical design principles.
Familiarity with CAD software.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
