About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for students currently enrolled in a Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program. You will work on-site in Missoula, Montana, gaining hands-on experience in a clinical environment.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine diagnostic imaging studies under supervision.
- Ensure patient examinations are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide precise patient positioning and handle filming requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety, patient positioning, and infection control.
- Keep the work area clean and free from hazards.
- Maintain effective time management and report your availability to the team.
What you'll need#
- A High School degree.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma program in Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine. Verification from your school is required.
- A current BLS certification.
- A helpful and professional attitude when working with patients, physicians, and staff.
