About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship program running from May through August 2027. You will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to projects that have a direct impact on our business operations. The program includes mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities to help you understand our work in the hospitality industry. You will conclude the summer by presenting your project outcomes to our senior leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Build a business case for your assignment that defines the business value, required resources, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across different departments.
- Work with your manager to provide weekly updates on project progress.
- Develop a rollout plan in coordination with IT and business users.
- Reconcile the success of your project against your original business case.
- Participate in professional development and networking activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- At least two years completed toward a bachelor degree in MIS, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full 12-week duration.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience applying AI to enable, augment, and automate processes.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to our mission.
