About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time internship running from May through August 2027. You will work 40 hours per week at our office in Des Moines. This paid position offers hands-on experience and exposure to our operations through mentorship and training.
What you'll do#
- Work on real projects that the organization will implement.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across different departments.
- Participate in networking and professional development events.
- Shadow team members to learn about our industry.
- Present your project outcomes and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university degree program.
- A major in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to project management tasks related to construction or development is a plus.
