About the role#
This is a full-time, 6-month co-op internship program running from May through December 2027. You will work 40 hours per week on projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program includes mentorship, training, and shadowing to build your understanding of the hospitality industry and our operations.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real projects for implementation within the organization.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders across different departments.
- Participate in networking and professional development sessions.
- Present your project outcomes to the senior leadership team at the end of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- A major in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A strong background in MS Excel and reporting.
- Experience with ad-hoc reporting and analysis is preferred.
- Exposure to budgeting or forecasting is beneficial.

- This role is based on-site in Des Moines, Iowa.
- The position is paid at an hourly rate of $22.50.
- This is a full-time commitment.
