About the role#
As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Travel + Leisure Co. vacation ownership brands, including Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts. You will work at local events and high-traffic venues to help guests learn about vacation experiences.
What you'll do#
- Create positive first impressions by greeting guests.
- Build rapport and start meaningful conversations.
- Generate interest in vacation ownership.
- Connect qualified guests with Marketing Agents.
- Work alongside experienced team members to reach goals.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle rejection while staying positive.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, both indoors and outdoors.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and handle high customer demand.
- Sales or marketing experience is preferred, as is a college degree.
