About the role#
This is a four-month internship starting in May 2027. You will report to the Treasury vice-presidency and support the team in managing financing and liquidity for La Caisse. Your work involves performing high-value analyses, tracking treasury management metrics, and developing internal management tools.
What you'll do#
- Track metrics related to liquidity management, treasury results, and leverage.
- Run analyses on the financing and bond markets.
- Improve the production and presentation of treasury reports.
- Update and refine dashboards and team communications.
What you'll need#
- A university degree in finance, economics, financial engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of VBA is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and the ability to synthesize information.
- Initiative and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Knowledge of SQL and progress toward a CFA designation are considered assets.
- Previous experience in finance is an asset.
