About the role#
La Caisse is hiring a student for an investment operations internship during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montreal. You will support the team with daily operational tasks, including transaction settlements, data entry, and system configuration.
What you'll do#
- Enter or import various transactions into the auxiliary system.
- Track and enter market operations for different transactions.
- Configure securities and validate related controls.
- Monitor transaction settlements.
- Write and update operational procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of cash products, private debt, funds, and derivatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, as you will interact with external partners outside of Quebec.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
