About the role#
As an intern within the Strategy and Transformation team for the Real Estate portfolio, you will gain a cross-functional perspective on the ambitions and priorities of the organization. This four-month internship runs from January to May 2027. You will support the strategic monitoring of the portfolio and help improve business practices.
What you'll do#
- Support the tracking of strategic priorities for the Real Estate portfolio.
- Prepare reports for senior management and depositors by turning complex information into clear, structured documents.
- Conduct analyses to support business discussions and decision-making.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving team tools and work methods.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in finance, strategy, administration, economics, or real estate.
- Interest in the financial and investment sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent French and good English skills, as you will produce written documentation in English for international reporting.
- Ability to synthesize information and manage varied or ambiguous projects.
- Experience in strategy or consulting is an asset.
