About the role#
This is a four-month internship starting in January 2027. You will support the team in the management, analysis, and governance of external data subscriptions. You will contribute to operational and analytical activities regarding contracts, business needs, and internal data processes while handling various ad hoc requests.
What you'll do#
- Manage ad hoc requests related to external data.
- Maintain the inventory, documentation, and updates for external data subscriptions.
- Analyze data contracts including scope, usage rights, restrictions, and costs.
- Support the team in evaluating business needs for external data and preparing recommendations.
- Track renewals, licenses, and compliance obligations for data providers.
- Create summaries, comparative tables, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Assist in optimizing internal processes for data governance, quality, and usage.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate university studies in business intelligence, business analysis, procurement, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools.
- Basic knowledge of procurement concepts like purchasing cycles, negotiations, and contracts.
- Familiarity with analytical or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to May).
