About the role#
As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will work on site in Waco, Texas. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date. You will help manage the Zero Defect Project and support daily problem-solving efforts to reduce the cost of poor quality across the site.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement quality processes using statistical analysis.
- Work alongside Operations, Engineering, and Program Management teams to maintain quality standards.
- Identify the root cause for materials or products that fail to meet specifications.
- Write inspection procedures and help review in-process rejections.
- Analyze factory performance and partner with Operations Engineers to create improvement plans.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with quality procedures.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 4/10 shift, Monday through Thursday.
