About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. You will work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on a rolling basis. The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and create concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and cases, and conduct testing.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware or software troubleshooting techniques.
- Analyze system requirements provided by end users and systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate your design activity plans and project status.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or systems analysis and design is required.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody is necessary.
