About the role#
As an HR Business Partner intern, you will work with leaders and client groups to support organizational effectiveness. You will use business analytics and talent insights to help shape strategy. This role focuses on influencing talent decisions and maintaining a productive work environment.
What you'll do#
- Partner with leaders to build and execute talent plans that support business goals.
- Identify workforce issues and recommend solutions to address root causes.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and special initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace relations.
- Use data to help managers make informed decisions about their teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or Political Science.
- A strong grasp of business analytics.
- The ability to influence leaders and work collaboratively on talent strategies.
- Expertise in employee relations and engagement.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship.
- Positions are available on-site in Northampton, MA, Millersville, MD, and Palm Bay, FL.
- The work schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
