About the role#
As an EGSE Design Engineer intern, you will learn to design and develop electrical systems for military and commercial aircraft. You will work on a variety of tasks and aircraft platforms, including avionics, RF, LAN, data processing, and power distribution systems.
What you'll do#
- Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, and control panels using CAD tools.
- Research and prepare engineering drawings.
- Coordinate design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to meet requirements.
- Support the testing and integration of systems on aircraft.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with test equipment and analog or digital circuits.
- Skills with CAD and PLM software, specifically NX and Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of Siemens Capital software.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
