About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship based in Onalaska, Wisconsin. You will join our retail management team to gain hands-on business and leadership experience during the Summer of 2026. The role requires working on-site and involves a full-time schedule.
What you'll do#
- Play an active role in daily store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Take on increased responsibility, such as leading store shifts and making business decisions that impact store success.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are a proven team player who can work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
