About the role#
This paid internship provides hands-on experience within our retail management department. You will work directly with our retail team and gain exposure to various leadership styles, business operations, and management activities.
What you'll do#
- Support retail department operations including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, and ordering.
- Assist with Human Resources responsibilities.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong aptitude for learning new tasks quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week during semesters, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate academic schedules.
