About the role#
This paid internship provides hands-on experience by supporting the retail team at Kwik Trip. You will be exposed to various leadership styles and operational activities, including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail department in daily management tasks.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all business matters.
- Demonstrate clear oral and written communication.
- Apply strong organizational and multitasking skills to complete assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- High aptitude for learning new tasks quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Hours vary based on workload, with a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters and up to 40 hours during school breaks. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate academic commitments.
