About the role#

This paid internship provides hands-on experience within our retail management department. You will work directly with our retail team and gain exposure to various leadership styles, business operations, and management activities.

What you'll do#

• Support retail department operations including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, and ordering.
• Assist with Human Resources responsibilities.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all tasks.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

What you'll need#

• Actively pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong aptitude for learning new tasks quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week during semesters, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate academic schedules.
