About the role#
This is a paid, hands-on internship based in Cedar Falls, Iowa. You will work with our retail team to gain exposure to various leadership activities. This role provides insight into how we manage our stores, including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail department in daily operations.
- Learn about different leadership styles and business functions.
- Handle tasks related to inventory, accounting, and auditing.
- Assist with human resources responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality in all business matters.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- An aptitude for learning new tasks quickly.

- Schedule: Interns are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
