About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on work experience within our retail management department. You will support our retail team while gaining exposure to various leadership styles and daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily tasks.
- Assist with marketing, inventory control, and ordering.
- Gain experience in accounting and auditing processes.
- Participate in human resource activities.
- Observe and learn from different leadership approaches.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration.
- You have a strong aptitude for learning new tasks.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- You communicate clearly in both oral and written forms.
- You pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
- You are self-motivated and work well in a team.
- You can manage multiple tasks and handle confidential information.

- Location: Winona, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: You must be able to work at least 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for 40 hours during breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
